  • Du bist im Handwerk zu Hause und willst den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Führung gehen?
  • Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Serviceleiter (m/w/d) für den Tischlerbereich und übernimm die Verantwortung für Dein Gewerk.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung eines Teams von 5 bis zu 10 köpfigen Handwerksteams.
  • Du stellst eine fachgerechte Abwicklung der Aufträge durch eigene Handwerkende und Nachunternehmer sicher.
  • Du erstellst Angebote für Kleinreparaturen und bearbeitest Aufträge auch in Fremdgewerken.
  • Du prüfst und rechnest Instandhaltungs- und Versicherungsaufträge ab.
  • Du prüfst Rechnungen für Material und Leistungen von Nachunternehmern.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Gesellenprüfung als Glaser (m/w/d), Tischler (m/w/d) oder Schreiner (m/w/d).
  • Du besitzt eine Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B oder 3.
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Bestandspflege von Wohnimmobilien.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Handwerkenden.
