## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Motivierende und wertschätzende Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams
  • Schaffung einer angenehmen Atmosphäre im hauseigenen Restaurant für unsere Bewohner\*innen
  • Kreative Umsetzung von hochwertigen Aktionen, Angeboten und Veranstaltungen im Restaurantbereich
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Bewohner\*innen, Gäste und Mitarbeiter\*innen
  • Koordination, Verantwortung und Optimierung der Prozesse und hauseigenen Standards im Restaurant
  • Planung und Organisation von kreativen Aktionen, Sonderveranstaltungen und Hausfesten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam
  • Überprüfung und Umsetzung aller Hygienevorschriften

## Ihr Profil:

  • Gastronomische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Hotel-/ Restaurantfachmann (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im gehobenen Service und in vergleichbarer Position
  • Offene und authentische Gastgeberpersönlichkeit, die mit ehrlicher Freude und Freundlichkeit auf unsere Bewohner\*innen und Gäste zugeht
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Auszubildenden / Ausbildereignung von Vorteil (AEVO)
  • Hohes Maß an Service- und Qualitätsdenken und viel Verständnis für die besonderen Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Bewohner\*innen und Gäste
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch, sowie gute Umgangsformen
  • Eingruppierung:
  • AVR-Bayern (E8)
  • ab 48.780 €
