IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Annahme und Qualifizierung von Anfragen jeglicher Art, die an die Automobilgruppe gerichtet werden
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von allgemeinen Kundenanfragen
  • Aktive telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Bestandskunden und potenziellen Kunden
  • Vereinbarung qualifizierter Besuchstermine im Verkauf und Service
  • Nachhalten des internen Bearbeitungsstatus von Anfragen im Verkauf und Service
  • Pflege relevanter Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System
  • Informationsbereitstellung für Kunden und interne Abteilungen

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch Wiedereinsteiger (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Vertrieb, Service oder Telefonmarketing
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie Spaß am Telefonieren
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gute und höfliche Umgangsformen
  • Bereitschaft / Möglichkeit auch nachmittags zu arbeiten
