Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d)

für die Kundenbetreuung und allgemeine Servicetätigkeiten im Fitness-Club

Ihre Aufgaben:

  •  Empfang- und Rezeptionstätigkeiten
  •  Telefonische Anrufannahme
  •  Durchführung des Mitglieder Check In
  •  Organisation des Bistrobereiches incl. Bedienung, Getränkezubereitung
  •  und Abrechnung
  •  Durchführung von Kundenbindungsaktionen
  •  Unterstützung des Trainerteams bei der Kundenbetreuung

Ihr Profil:

  •  Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  •  Erfahrungen im Verkauf bzw. Service sind von Vorteil
  •  Sicheres, aufgeschlossenes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
  •  Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  •  Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  •  Motivation für Neues, Spaß an Bewegung und Fitness
