Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Koordination von Reparaturen an Druckluft- und Vakuumsystemen
  • Technische Prüfung, Serviceberichte und Kostenvoranschläge sowie Lagerverwaltung
  • Steuerung von Serviceeinsätzen und Unterstützung der Werkstatt
  • Abwicklung von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Disposition und Stammdatenpflege
  • Optimierung von Serviceprozessen sowie Kundenbetreuung und Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil:

  • Technisches Wissen und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in Industriemechanik, Elektronik/Elektrik, Mechatronik oder Servicetechnik
  • Ausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ggf. Spanisch, Italienisch von Vorteil
