L'incontro sucht engagierte Servicemitarbeiterinnen und Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d), die unser Team im Kundenservice tatkräftig unterstützen. In dieser Position sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste und sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt durch freundlichen Service und professionelle Betreuung. Sie tragen dazu bei, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen. Wir bieten Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit einem motivierten Team.

Aufgaben

  • Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Gäste mit einem freundlichen Lächeln
  • Aufnahme von Bestellungen und Beratung bei der Auswahl unserer Angebote
  • Servieren von Speisen und Getränken unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege und Sauberkeit der Servicebereiche sowie der Tische
  • Bearbeitung von Gästereaktionen, Wünschen und Beschwerden mit Professionalität und Empathie
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen oder besonderen Anlässen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um ein positives Gästeerlebnis zu gewährleisten

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Servicebereich ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse sind optional, aber wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur Koordination verschiedener Aufgaben
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichten, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und positive Ausstrahlung
