Servicemitarbeiter Werkstatt (m/w/d) in Nürnberg

*Aufgaben: *

Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Fahrrädern und E-Bikes
Inspektion & Wartung von Fahrrädern und E-Bikes
Unterstützung bei der Reklamationsbearbeitung
Im Bedarfsfall: Ansprechpartner für Kunden per Telefon
Eigenständige Fehleranalyse bzw. -diagnose mit anschließender technischer Anleitung und Handlungsempfehlung im telefonischen bzw. schriftlichen Austausch
Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Gewährleistungsfällen sowie Garantieanfragen
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung unserer Serviceprozesse

*Profil: *

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrradmonteur bzw. Zweiradmechatroniker; alternativ: langjährige Berufserfahrung und gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Fahrrad/E-Bike
Handwerkliches Geschick und gutes technisches Verständnis
Leidenschaft fürs „Schrauben“ am Fahrrad und E-Bike
Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität
Selbständige, sorgfältige, verantwortungsvolle und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Führerschein Klasse B
