Your tasks

• •Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• •Participate in solution design, configuration, and implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• •Ensure platform best practices, maintainability, and upgrade readiness.
• •Collaborate with architects, project managers, and QA to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• •Document designs, configurations, and testing plans.

Your profile

• •Experience with ServiceNow (2+ years preferred) in either technical or functional capacity.
• •Strong understanding of ITSM processes and platform governance.
• •Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
• •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• •Good command of English.

Nice to Have:

• •ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD).
• •ITIL Foundation certification.
• •Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, or advanced integrations.
• •Good command of German or other foreign languages.
