  • innerhalb der ServiceNow-Plattform inklusive Testplanung, Defect
  • Management, Reporting und Qualitätssicherung Konzeption,
  • Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung automatisierter
  • Testprozesse mit dem ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Durchführung von Risiko-, Impact- und Regressionsanalysen im Rahmen
  • von Releases, Upgrades und Weiterentwicklungen der
  • ServiceNow-Landschaft Qualitätssicherung von Anforderungen, User
  • Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit,
  • Testbarkeit und Umsetzbarkeit nach dem Shift-Left-Prinzip Definition,
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Quality Gates
  • sowie Steuerung und Validierung externer Dienstleister und
  • Entwicklungspartner Unterstützung des Product Owners bei Backlog
  • Management, Story Refinement, Priorisierung, Sprint-Planung sowie
  • fachlicher Projektkoordination im agilen Umfeld DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Quality Assurance
  • Management, Testmanagement, Software Quality Management oder Software
  • Testing Fundierte Kenntnisse der ServiceNow-Plattform sowie praktische
  • Erfahrung mit dem ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Erfahrung
  • in den Bereichen Employee Center, Knowledge Management, Enterprise
  • Search oder AI Search Know-how in User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
  • Regression Testing, Release Testing, Defect Management sowie
  • QA-Strategien und Testautomatisierung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in agilen
  • Projektumfeldern nach Scrum, Kanban oder vergleichbaren Methoden sowie
  • in der Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse nach ISTQB-Standards sowie ausgeprägte
  • Analyse-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten WIR
