Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen im Bereich Sanitär und Heizung
  • Disposition von Technikern und Monteuren
  • Terminabstimmung mit Kunden sowie Einsatzplanung
  • Überwachung von Wartungs- und Serviceaufträgen
  • Unterstützung der technischen Leitung bei der Organisation von Projekten
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der Einsätze

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im SHK-Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Disposition oder Einsatzplanung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Heizungs-, Sanitär- oder Wassertechnik
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2
