Gestalten Sie mit BITO-Lagertechnik die Logistik von morgen! Als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) werden Sie Teil eines erfolgreichen, stabilen und zukunftsorientierten Unternehmens! Komplett remote betreuen Sie die Region Süd-/Ostdeutschland und bieten unseren Kunden einen umfangreichen Service im Bereich Aftersales. Ihr engagierter Beitrag wird mit attraktiven Konditionen honoriert. Ein Firmenwagen wird Ihnen zur beruflichen und privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung gestellt. ## IHRE WESENTLICHEN AUFGABEN

  • Inspektion von Regalanlagen bei unseren Kunden in In- und evtl. Ausland
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Inspekteuren und ADM, sowie Technische Bearbeitung und Klärung von Kundenanfragen
  • Up-/Cross Selling von BITO-Produkten bei Kundenterminen
  • Durchführung von Wartungen an PROmotion, PROmobile und LEO inklusive leichten Serviceeinsätzen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Problemlösungsfindung

## DIESE FÄHIGKEITEN BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit einer Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft, alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)- Die Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft bieten wir Ihnen
  • Erfahrung bei der Durchführung von Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Die Bereitschaft zu umfangreichen Reisetätigkeiten
  • Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
