Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
  • Wartung von Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und versorgungstechnischen Anlagen
  • Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen an technischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Prüfungen zur Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit
  • Dokumentation von Wartungen, Prüfungen und durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Aktualisierung technischer Bestandsunterlagen
  • Durchführung von Neu- und Umbauten an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Nachunternehmer vor Ort

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK/HLS , Anlagenmechaniker Versorgungstechnik, Sanitärinstallateur, Klempner oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in Neuinstallation, Reparatur und Wartung
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, kundenorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
