Elektrische Diagnose und Störungsbehebung

  • Analyse elektrischer und steuerungstechnischer Störungen
  • Lokalisierung von Fehlern an Steuerungen, Antrieben und Schnittstellen
  • Austausch und Wiederinbetriebnahme elektrischer und elektronischer Komponenten
  • Überprüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit der bearbeiteten Maschinen und Anlagen

Steuerungs- und Antriebstechnik

  • Arbeiten mit modernen SPS-, Antriebs- und Sicherheitssystemen, insbesondere Siemens TIA Portal
  • Einspielen und Aktualisieren von Parametern und Softwareständen
  • Fehleranalyse und Diagnose an Maschinensteuerungen
  • Durchführung technischer Anpassungen an Steuerungs- und Antriebssystemen

Inbetriebnahme und Ferndiagnose

  • Elektrische Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Sonderausstattungen
  • Durchführung von Ferndiagnosen und technische Unterstützung per Remote-Zugriff
  • Auswertung von Maschinen- und Diagnosedaten
  • Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen für Reparatur, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung

Einsatzvorbereitung und Dokumentation

  • Selbstständige Vor- und Nachbereitung der Serviceeinsätze
  • Erstellung von Service-, Inbetriebnahme- und Zusatzberichten
  • Abstimmung mit Service, Ersatzteilverkauf, Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Projektplanung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren elektrotechnischen Beruf
  • Erfahrung in der elektrischen Wartung, Fehlersuche oder Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Steuerungs-, SPS- oder Antriebstechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit elektrischen Schaltplänen
  • Kenntnisse in Siemens TIA Portal sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische, selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft
