Wir suchen einen engagierten Servicetechniker Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) für den Bereich Kundensupport und Wartung/Inbetriebnahme. In dieser Rolle sind Sie erste Anlaufstelle bei technischen Störungen und führen die Fehleranalyse und -behebung vor Ort durch. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Serviceeinsätze, koordinieren und übernehmen Bereitschaftsdienste und sind im Rahmen der Inbetriebnahme für das Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Montagetätigkeiten sowie elektrischen Installationen am Einsatzort zuständig.

Aufgaben

  • Telefonischer Anlagensupport sowie Verwaltung der 24/7 Service-Hotline
  • Veranlassen von Angeboten
  • Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten sowie Erstellen von Wartungsprotokollen
  • Durchführen von Integrationstests
  • Unterstützen bei der Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung z. B. als Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Verdrahtungs- und Stromlaufplänen wünschenswert
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen ins In- und Ausland
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
