# Aufgaben:

  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Multifunktions- und Drucksystemen vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Reparatur/Wartungsarbeiten beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Reparatur und Aufarbeitung in der Werkstatt
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung an Hard- und Software
  • Einweisung der Anwender in die Bedienung der Systeme
  • Erfassung der Serviceeinsätze im ERP-System zur Nachverfolgung und Qualitätssicherung.

# Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Quereinsteiger mit technischem Know-how
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Druck-, Kopier- oder Multifunktionsgeräten sind wünschenswert, aber nicht verpflichtend
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, Windows und Microsoft 365
  • Eigenständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
