Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von EDV- und IT-Systemen bei Kund_innen vor Ort
  • Einrichtung und Wartung von Netzwerken (LAN, WLAN, Arbeitsplätze)
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts, Systemerweiterungen und Migrationen
  • Service- und Supporteinsätze im Außendienst sowie teilweise Remote-Support

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-/EDV-Bereich oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Systemen, Netzwerken (TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN)
  • Technisches Verständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und kund_innenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
