Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Servicetechniker / Anwendungstechniker (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis und Freude am Kundenkontakt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Reparatur, Service und Wartung von GPS-gesteuerten Mäh- und Markierrobotern.
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu Produkten, Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Zubehör.
  • Einrichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Vorführung der Geräte beim Kunden vor Ort.
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Endkunden und Geschäftspartner.
  • Technische Unterstützung bei Messen, Vorführungen und Veranstaltungen.
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Serviceunterlagen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise in Mechatronik, Elektronik, Land- oder Gartentechnik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick.
  • Erfahrung im Service, Kundendienst oder Außendienst von Vorteil.
  • Interesse an moderner Technik, Automatisierung und GPS-Systemen.
  • Kundenorientierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil.
