Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen im Raum München suchen wir ab sofort einen Servicetechniker ITK / Telekommunikation (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von ITK- und Telekommunikationsanlagen
  • Wartung, Service und Störungsbeseitigung an Kommunikationssystemen
  • Betreuung und Integration von Applikationen
  • Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen bei Kunden vor Ort
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Informationselektroniker, IT-Systemelektroniker, Elektroniker für Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Telekommunikations- oder ITK-Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Systeme:
  • OpenScape Business
  • OpenScape 4000
  • Innovaphone
  • Cloud-Telefonsysteme
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik
  • Erfahrung mit:
  • VoIP
  • WLAN
  • Routing
  • Switching
  • Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
