Servicetechniker (M/W/D) 40 Stunden/Woche

Die bartels It-Service GmbH ist seit 2001 Service- und Lösungsspezialist im Bereich von EDV-Zubehör, Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterial sowie professionellen Druck- und Kopierlösungen in Unternehmen. Wir sind Vollblut-Dienstleister mit schlanker Verwaltung und unkomplizierter Kommunikation.

Sie arbeiten nach einer ausführlichen Einarbeitungsphase selbstständig als Servicetechniker/in im Regionalbereich an der Lösung von Hardwareproblemen an digitalen Outputsystemen wie Druckern und Kopierern namhafter Hersteller. Dabei unterstützen Sie unsere gewerbliche Kundschaft vor Ort, telefonisch oder per E-Mail. Die Auslieferung, Installation und Einweisung neuer Geräte fällt ebenfalls in Ihr Aufgabengebiet.

Sie stimmen eigenverantwortlich Termine mit unseren Kunden ab und realisieren eine zügige Abwicklung von Reparaturen und Installationen mit Hilfe eines Ticketsystems. Die Bestellung von Ersatzteilen sowie Kalkulationen von Kostenvoranschlägen wird von Ihnen durchgeführt. So erreichen wir gemeinsam eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.

Sie sind Teamplayer und zeigen Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben oder Projektarbeiten.

## Servicetechniker IT (M/W/D) 40 Stunden/Woche

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkten in der Datenverarbeitung, Mechanik oder Elektronik
  • Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie verbindliche, sichere Umgangsformen
  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Druckern, Faxgeräten oder Kopierern
  • Kenntnisse über den Betrieb von Microsoft Netzwerken sind vorteilhaft
  • Evtl. Erfahrung als Mitarbeiter/in einem User Helpdesk, IT-Call Center usw.
  • Sicheres Auftreten und erfolgreicher Umgang mit Kunden sowie ausgeprägte Souveränität und Glaubwürdigkeit
  • Ein hohes Maß an Selbstmotivation
