Die TPE SYSTEME GmbH ist Spezialist für die Entwicklung, Herstellung, Installation und Wartung von digitalen Notdienst- und Abholanlagen für Apotheken. Zusätzlich betreuen wir moderne Kommissioniersysteme der Marke Meditech im Apothekenmarkt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Servicetechniker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Netzwerktechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Montage von digitalen Abhol- und Notdienstanlagen und Komissioniersystemen
  • Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung von technischen Anlagen und
  • Kommissioniersystemen
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Netzwerktechnik & Automatisierung
  • Technische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden
  • Telefonischer Support innerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, Elektrotechniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Service / Außendienst
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierungstechnik, Netzwerktechnik, Elektrotechnik,
  • Steuerungstechnik von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder Field Service wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau; Englisch oder Französisch von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft von 75% innerhalb von Deutschland, Luxembourg, Österreich und der Schweiz
