  • Deine Verantwortung:
  • › Fehleranalyse und Softwareupdates im telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • › Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation im Rahmen der Arbeitsaufgaben
  • › Jede Art von anfallendem Schriftverkehr (E-Mail, postalisch)
  • › Technische Beratung und Einweisung unserer Kunden per Telefon
  • › Dokumentation von Servicefällen
  • Wir wünschen uns:
  • › Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem anerkannten elektronischen Beruf
  • › Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im elektronischen Bereich wünschenswert
  • › Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
  • › Kundenorientierte Handels- und Denkweise
  • › Teamfähigkeit und selbständige Arbeit sind keine Fremdbegriffe für dich
