  • Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt wird ein erfahrener Servicetechniker (m/w/d) - für Mittel- und Norddeutschland gesucht, der Maschinen und Anlagen beim Kunden professionell installiert, wartet, repariert und als technischer Ansprechpartner überzeugt.
  • Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen insbesondere im mittel- und norddeutschen Raum: Wartung, Inspektion, Instandhaltung, Reparatur und Austausch von Bauteilen/Komponenten
  • Gelegentliche internationale Einsätze
  • Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung mechanischer, elektrischer und steuerungstechnischer Störungen
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen/Anlagen inklusive Funktionstests, Parametrierung und Optimierung
  • Technischer Kundenkontakt vor Ort: Beratung, Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen, Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Schulungen von Kunden, Händlern und Servicepartnern zu Bedienung, Wartung und Best Practices
  • Dokumentation aller Serviceeinsätze, Ersatzteilbedarfe und Maßnahmen in Serviceberichten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung am Service- und Ersatzteilgeschäft (Wartungsverträge, Servicepakete, Upgrades, Umbauten)
  • Teilnahme an konzerninternen Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen, Wissensweitergabe im Team
