## Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Du bringst unsere CNC-Bearbeitungszentren beim Kunden erfolgreich an den Start und stellst eine optimale Inbetriebnahme sicher.
  • Bei Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Retrofit-Einsätzen bringst du dein Know-how ein und stellst sicher, dass die Anlagen schnell wieder einsatzbereit sind.
  • Du gehst technischen Störungen auf den Grund, analysierst mechanische sowie elektronische Fehler systematisch und findest schnelle und nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Unsere Kunden und Handelspartner unterstützt du kompetent bei technischen Fragestellungen, sowohl vor Ort als auch per Telefon oder Remote-Support.

## Was uns wichtig ist & und was dir helfen kann:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als Industriemechaniker, Elektriker oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d) – gerne auch mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d).
  • Du bringst eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung mit, fühlst dich im direkten Kundenkontakt wohl und kommunizierst dabei souverän auf Deutsch (min. C1-Niveau – Englisch ist ein Plus).
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im technischen Service und Kenntnisse in Heidenhain CNC-Steuerungen.
  • Du bist offen für abwechslungsreiche & mehrtägige Einsätze in Deutschland, Europa und gelegentlich weltweit? Wir sorgen für eine gute Planung und Freizeitausgleich zur Erholung.
