### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Wartung und Reparatur der Testsysteme bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
  • Unterstützung unserer Anwender bei der Fehlersuche am Telefon, per E-Mail oder via Fernzugriff
  • Dokumentation Serviceeinsätze sowie der Ferndiagnosen
  • Erstellen von Angeboten für Serviceeinsätze und Ersatzteile
  • Unterstützung der Produktion
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Disziplinen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Elektroniker\*in, Mechatroniker\*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit IT-Kenntnissen
  • Berufsanfänger\*innen sind willkommen
  • Selbständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit Abas ERP ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Erfahrungen im Schaltschrankbau sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft Office Programme
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Führerschein erforderlich
