Wir suchen ab sofort in der Nordeifel (ca. 20km von Aachen) einen Servicetechniker Supervisor (m/w/d) im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung.

  • Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen oder mechatronischen Bereich, gern auch Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder ein Studium der Elektrotechnik
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität im Einsatz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen wie Word, Excel und Project
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und im serviceorientierten Auftreten
  • Praxiswissen in der Leistungselektronik
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Siemens S7-Steuerungen

Aufgaben

  • Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme und finalen Abnahme inklusive Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentation
  • Direkter Austausch und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort
  • Planung und eigenständige Umsetzung von Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätzen
  • Sicherstellen einer zeitgerechten Störungsbehebung im Rahmen der vereinbarten Servicelevel
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen vor Ort
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen und Ermittlung der benötigten Ersatz- oder Verschleißteile
  • Eingrenzen und Auswerten von Fehlerquellen sowie Festlegen geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Behebung
