Der Geschäftsbereich IT stellt dem Landratsamt Rhein-Neckar-Kreis und dessen Tochtergesellschaften eine hochmoderne und innovative IT-Umgebung zur Verfügung. Er betreibt hierzu u.a. ein eigenes Rechenzentrum, ein glasfaserbasiertes WAN und stellt seinen Kundinnen und Kunden eine Vielzahl individueller Hard- und Softwarelösungen zur Verfügung. Durch ständige Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung fortschrittlicher Techniken und Lösungen trägt er maßgeblich zum Voranschreiten der Digitalisierung bei.

  • Vollzeit (39 Stunden / Woche)
  • Entgeltgruppe 8 TVöD (monatliche Verdienstmöglichkeiten von 3.486,40 € bis 4.230,97 € brutto je nach Berufserfahrung)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatikerin/Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) oder IT-Systemelektronikerin/ IT-Systemelektroniker (w/m/d)
  • Kenntnisse in aktuellen IT-Endgeräten, Netzwerktechnik sowie den aktuellen Microsoft Client Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office Produkten
  • DGUV V4 Zertifizierung bzw. die Bereitschaft diese sich zeitnah anzueignen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Endgeräten (PC, Notebooks, Drucker, Scanner, Mediensysteme etc.)
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerprofilen sowie fachspezifische Softwareeinstellungen
  • Bedienung der baramundi Softwareverteilungslösung
  • Bearbeiten von Störmeldungen im Ticketsystem OTRS per Fernwartung, Telefon und /oder vor Ort im First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Bearbeitung von Workflows und Anträgen
  • IT-Hotlinedienst
  • Regelmäßige Durchführung von DGUV V4 Prüfungen an ortsveränderlichen Elektrogeräten
