Otras tareas del Servicio de Atención al Cliente incluyen, entre otras:

  • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Realizar tareas de apertura y cierre de tienda.
  • Ser el responsable de los fondos asignados.
  • Ejecutar las actividades comerciales asignadas.
  • Mantener el orden y limpieza de su área asignada y la Tienda en general.
  • Llevar el control de los artículos que se encuentran en piso de venta.

Los requisitos adicionales para el puesto incluyen:

  • Graduado a nivel medio: Perito en Administración de empresas, Perito Contador, Bachiller o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente, cajero o ventas.
  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales
  • Conocimientos de paquetes de office: Medio
