• Responsibilities:
• •Be the Architect: Bring your vision to life by designing the core gameplay mechanics that form the foundation of a game.
• •Be the Oracle: Use data and quantitative thinking to design the numerical systems of a virtual world. Balance combat outcomes, character progression, and in-game economies to keep the game world running smoothly.
• •Be the Magician: Create a wide variety of imaginative gameplay experiences that bring fun and surprises to players.
• •Be the Pioneer: Participate in the entire game development process, from prototyping and production to launch, helping the team make steady progress toward shared goals.

• Qualifications:
• •Open to candidates from all academic disciplines with a strong foundation in their studies and a solid academic record.
• •Strong learning ability, quantitative and logical thinking, creativity, resilience, and self-motivation. We value candidates who are thoughtful, diligent, practical, and willing to tackle challenges.
• •Strong collaboration skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• •A passion for games across multiple genres, with substantial experience playing PC, console, and mobile games, and in-depth knowledge and personal insights into at least one genre.
• •An original thinker who enjoys challenging conventions and creating something different.
• •Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, to collaborate closely with headquarters and teams in other regions.

• Preferred (Not Required):
• •Outstanding achievements in game rankings, competitions, or relevant professional fields, or experience developing online games.
• •Extensive experience playing multiplayer social or party games.
