With the SHARP START internship, you’ll tackle real business challenges from day one and work with Procter & Gamble’s global brands.

One internship — two out of three tracks: Manufacturing, Logistics and Engineering. Over six months, you’ll work in two different departments alongside experienced P&G leaders, gain in-depth insight into manufacturing processes and unlock your leadership potential.

You’ll be based at the high-tech P&G Gillette plant in Saint Petersburg. In Manufacturing, you’ll work on projects to improve process efficiency and product quality. In Logistics, you’ll help optimize planning and material flows. In Engineering, you’ll contribute to projects focused on equipment performance and automation.

As part of the internship, you’ll also take short business trips to the Moscow office and the Novomoskovsk plant.

What we offer:

• •A gross salary of RUB 100,000 during the internship. Upon completing the program, you may receive an offer for a permanent role, with your earnings increasing to nearly twice your internship salary!
• •An on-site, five-day working week: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.;
• •Access to P&G’s global learning portfolio;
• •Free meals at the plant;
• •Company shuttle service to and from Moskovskaya metro station;
• •Relocation support in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

• •The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg (or you should be ready to move to St. Petersburg with the company's support)
• •Final-year bachelor students, any year master's or PhD students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
• •Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
• •Wilingness to take short business trips to Moscow and Novomoskovsk with company support;
• •Strong communication, leadership and analytical thinking skills;
• •Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
