Die TDK Sensors AG & Co. KG gehört zur Business Group Temperature & Pressure Sensors und hat sich auf die Entwicklung, Produktion und Vermarktung von Temperatur- und Drucksensoren spezialisiert. Die Sensoren finden ihre Anwendung überwiegend im Bereich Automotive, Medizin und Haushaltselektronik.

Für unsere Transmitterfertigung der Temperature & Pressure Sensors Business Group suchen wir, für den StandortBerlin-Zehlendorf, Deutschland, ab sofort einen Shift Coordinator (w/m/d).

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Übernahme erster Führungsverantwortung, Anleitung, Koordination und Unterstützung des Teams innerhalb Deiner Schicht
  • Schichtorganisation: Einteilung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Priorisierung von Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften, Qualitätsstandards sowie der Unfallverhütung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und der termingerechten Ablieferung
  • Bedienung und Überwachung halb- und vollautomatisierter Anlagen für die Fertigung von Drucksensoren

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen-/ Anlagenführer, Mikro­techno­logen, Industrie­mechaniker, Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder ver­gleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im produzieren­den Umfeld
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit und Arbeit un­ter Reinraumbedingungen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Enga­ge­ment
  • Selbstständige, präzise sowie qualitative und vertrauensvolle Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
