Plan and manage daily shifts, including attendance tracking, coverage, vehicle assignments, and route execution built around testing priorities
Lead and support operators during your shift, ensuring work is carried out safely, on plan, and to our production and safety standards
Serve as the first point of escalation for vehicle faults, on-road incidents, and real-time blockers, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve them
Oversee vehicle health, inspections, and uptime, as well as logistics such as route planning and equipment transport
Monitor deployment execution against testing metrics and summarize outcomes for shift handoffs and for regulatory and compliance needs
Run daily standups and team meetings, set direction for the shift, and mentor operators and mapping specialists
Over time, grow into running remote assistance for the fleet as our operations mature
We're looking for someone who has:
2+ years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or a similar shift-based environment
Hands-on experience with shift scheduling and coverage planning, in any industry

Previous experience or strong interest in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or vehicle testing
Previous experience with fleet management tools, vehicle inspection, or maintenance coordination
