As a Shift Lead you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!

What you will do:

• •Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner
• •Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders
• •Acknowledges and addresses customer concerns
• •Directs team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies.
• •Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• •Prepares daily administrative paperwork, cash reconciliations for entire day (including voids, refunds, and returns), and daily deposit preparation
• •Gives breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.
• •Maintains focus on food standards, costs, and safety during the shift.
• •Performs nightly inventory.
• •Ensures team members are following all work safety guidelines
• •Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards. Ensures team members are following all food safety guidelines
