Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King location, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations during your assigned shifts. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold Burger King's high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• * Supervise and train team members on proper food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
• * Manage cash handling procedures, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits.
• * Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• * Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
• * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• * Oversee opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and breakdown.
• * Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• * Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• * Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any operational issues.
• * Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
