Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

Onvo's Burger King is looking for motivated, dependable Shift Managers to help lead our restaurant team. If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Shift Manager, you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

What You'll Do

• •Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• •Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
• •Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• •Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• •Manage cash handling procedures and complete required reports.
• •Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
• •Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• •Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• •Strong leadership and communication skills.
• •Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• •Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• •Dependable individuals who lead by example.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• •Basic math and computer skills.
• •Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• •Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
