Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, operated by Onvo, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience. You will lead a team of crew members, upholding brand standards and contributing to the restaurant's success.

Job Responsibilities

• * Supervise and train crew members on all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
• * Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational procedures, food safety guidelines, and company policies.
• * Manage cash handling procedures, including register operations, cash drops, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• * Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain adequate stock of food and supplies.
• * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• * Conduct opening and closing duties as required, including equipment checks and facility security.
• * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
• * Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, performance reviews for crew members, and reporting.
• * Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and operational efficiency.
• * Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve operational goals and improve performance.

Job Qualifications

• * Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• * Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operational procedures.
