Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King you will lead and motivate a team to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to brand standards during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for upholding Onvo's commitment to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Job Responsibilities:
• * Supervise and train team members on Burger King's operational procedures, food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
• * Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed.
• * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• * Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure all products meet Burger King's standards.
• * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both team members and customers.
• * Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• * Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, employee performance, and customer feedback.
• * Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• * Support and enforce all company policies and procedures.

• Job Qualifications:
• * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team in a fast-paced environment.
• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
• * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay:

$15-$17 per hour
