Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

Oversees daily operations during assigned shifts at Burger King, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient service, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising team members, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Job Responsibilities
• * Supervise and direct team members during assigned shifts
• * Ensure all Burger King operational standards are met, including food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
• * Handle cash management accurately, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and reconciling discrepancies.
• * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
• * Implement and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• * Assist in preparing food and serving customers when needed.
• * Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.

• Job Qualifications
• * Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team.
• * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• * Proficient in basic math and cash handling procedures.
• * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• * Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one upon hire, as required by local regulations.
