Shift TSG/IT Tech

Job Responsibilities

• •Perform computer installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment.
• •Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• •Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral issues for end users.
• •Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
• •Manage user accounts, system access, security settings, and IT asset deployment.
• •Assist in ordering, receiving, inventory management, deployment, and retirement of IT equipment.
• •Support local TSG troubleshooting and daily IT operations.
• •Assist Network Administrators with infrastructure-related tasks when required.
• •Support office relocations, workstation setups, organization migrations, and other IT projects.
• •Document technical issues, resolutions, and continuously improve IT support processes.
• •Perform all work according to defined IT procedures while supporting a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• •Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• •1–3 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
• •Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and PC hardware.
• •Experience supporting printers, scanners, mobile devices, and standard office IT equipment.
• •Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• •Able to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• •Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• •Willing to work on-site.

Working Hours

• •This position requires participation in a 12-hour shift schedule to support manufacturing operations.
• •Employees will work on a 4-days-on / 3-days-off rotating schedule , including weekends and public holidays as required by the operational roster.
