About this opportunity

Our Irving Shop is currently seeking a Shop Lead to guide and support technicians.

Pay and Schedule

• •Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30PM
• •The pay range is $35-40/hour depending on experience

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• •Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, accurate diagnosis, and addressing all driver team member concerns.
• •Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• •Implement and maintain maintenance processes as per company policy.
• •Improve vehicle uptime through efficient repair practices.
• •Effectively manage assigned shift maintenance operation in accordance with financial goals.
• •Develop management and technical skills of maintenance personnel on assigned shift.
• •Monitor parts and tire inventory usage by assigned shift.
• •Reduce workforce turnover by improving employee relations.

What makes you a strong candidate for this position?

• •Effective team building abilities.
• •Good written and verbal communication skills.
• •Knowledge of DOT standards of repairs and maintenance.
• •Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding terminal facility.
• •Minimum two years of experience in maintenance and repair.
