Shop Operator

We have an immediate need for a Shop Operator 1st shift located in Broken Arrow, OK . This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

What You Will Do:

• •Assemble and repair products such as pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors used in the oil and gas capturing process
• •Follows safety rules and procedures; notifies supervisor of any issues in the manufacturing process that may impact safety
• •Follows defined work instructions
• •Use hands and power tools to assemble components in the manufacturing process
• •Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• •Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement culture
• •Work under limited supervision, usually within a team environment

Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• •This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
• •Read, write, and speak English fluently
• •Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role
• •Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required
• •Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and/or overhead cranes
• •6 months experience in manufacturing environment

• •May stand, walk, stoop, sit, bend, twist, grasp, lift, and climb
• •Requires visual and hearing acuity
• •Work primarily occurs in a heated and air-conditioned manufacturing environment.
• •Hazards include proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current or exposure to chemicals.
• •Atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system or skin may include fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
• •Potential skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
