Der Shopfloor IT Software Engineer entwickelt, betreut und optimiert BDE- und MES-Systeme im Produktionsumfeld. Er sorgt für die technische Integration von Shopfloor-Daten in die IT-Landschaft, schafft Schnittstellen zu ERP-Systemen und trägt zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Produktions- und Logistikprozessen bei.

Hauptaufgaben

Entwicklung, Anpassung und Betreuung von BDE-Softwarelösungen im Shopfloor Umfeld
Integration von BDE-Systemen mit ERP- und MES-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Dynamics, Infor)
Konzeption und Implementierung von Schnittstellen und Datenflüssen zwischen Produktion, Logistik und IT
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -verfügbarkeit für Reporting und Analyse
Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Industrie 4.0, IoT und Automatisierung
Erstellung von Dashboards, Reports und Analyse-Tools für Produktions- und Logistikteams
Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern bei
Systemeinführungen und Upgrades
Troubleshooting und Support für Anwender im Shopfloor

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung mit BDE-, MES- und ERP-Systemen sowie deren Schnittstellen
Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung (z. B. C#, Java, C++) und Datenbanken (PL/SQL)
Erfahrung mit Reporting- und BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau)
Verständnis für Produktions- und Logistikprozesse sowie deren Kennzahlen
Erfahrung mit Python, Cloud-Technologien und IoT-Plattformen von Vorteil
Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, zwischen IT und Produktion zu vermitteln
Teamfähigkeit und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
Proaktive Haltung zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung
Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Belastbarkeit
