About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented Showroom Assistant to support daily showroom operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a design-focused environment, balancing customer service with administrative and operational responsibilities, and keeping a showroom running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome showroom visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression.

Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries, provide basic product information, and direct requests to the appropriate team members.

Support the sales team with stock checks, pricing inquiries, order entry, and reserve requests using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Maintain accurate customer contact information and activity records in the CRM system.

Process outgoing sample requests promptly and organize incoming sample returns.

Maintain sample inventory and coordinate the organization of existing and new product collections.

Keep showroom galleries, displays, and work areas neat, organized, and presentation-ready.

Assist with showroom marketing events and prepare materials for in-house and external designer presentations.

Provide administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and enhance the customer experience.

Comfortable using office software, computers, phones, and standard office equipment.

Familiarity with CRM systems required or preferred; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements The role involves alternating between sitting and standing, walking throughout the showroom, bending and moving product samples, and occasional lifting, carrying, or pushing of materials. The ability to access overhead storage using a step ladder and operate standard office equipment is also required.
