THE JOB:

As a Showroom Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily showroom operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across live entertainment and special events. Through your leadership and operational expertise, you will oversee front-of-house activities, including guest seating, VIP accommodations, and event readiness, while collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Manage daily showroom and front-of-house operations, including event preparation, guest admissions, seating arrangements, VIP accommodations, and overall venue presentation
Lead and develop showroom team members through scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and daily operational support
Collaborate with Entertainment, Production, Security, and other departments to coordinate event logistics, guest flow, staffing needs, and operational readiness
Oversee guest service standards, resolve escalated guest concerns, and ensure a welcoming and memorable entertainment experience
Monitor showroom safety, accessibility, crowd management, and emergency procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment
Evaluate daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes that enhance team efficiency and the overall guest experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
2+ years of prior relevant experience in ticketing, box office or showroom operations required
