Western Express Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for riders to designated destinations. Shuttle Drivers play an important role in the Western Express orientation process and serve as a direct representative of the company.

As one of the first points of contact for individuals joining Western Express, Shuttle Drivers are expected to provide a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience. This position requires sound judgment, initiative, attention to detail, effective time management, flexibility, and strong customer service skills.

Hiring Requirements:

• •Must possess a valid driver’s license with no at-fault accidents within the past two years.
• •CDL B or CDL A with P endorsement is required.
• •Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and comply with applicable random drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• •Must be at least 21 years of age.
• •Must demonstrate a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
• •Must be flexible and able to accommodate varying schedules and transportation routes.
• •Must be dependable, organized, professional, and able to work independently.
• •Must maintain a courteous, welcoming, and professional demeanor when interacting with riders.
• •Previous shuttle, rideshare, passenger transportation, or similar driving experience is preferred.
• •Must possess strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday (3pm to 11pm), Friday 3pm to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 11pm/TBD
