  • Zutrittskontrolle
  • Notfall-, Stör-, Alarm- und Übungssituationen
  • Empfang/Anmelden und Weiterleitung von Besuchern, Gästen, Kunden und Interessenten
  • Telefonannahme und Vermittlung
  • Sichere und Reibungslose Abwicklung des Werkverkehrs
  • Betreuung und Dokumentation
  • Begleitung von Fremdfirmen
  • Bedienung und Kontrollen für den allgemeinen Dienstablauf
  • Stellenanforderungen
  • Sachkunde gem. §34a GewO
  • Professionelles Verhalten am Telefon
  • PC-Kenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
