🚨 SICHERHEITSMITARBEITER (m/w/d) GESUCHT – VOLLZEIT 🚨

Einsatzbereich: Sicherheitsdienst in einer Asyl-/Flüchtlingsunterkunft in Bayern

Für die Bewachung einer Asyl- und Flüchtlingsunterkunft suchen wir ab sofort zuverlässige Sicherheitsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit .

💰 VERGÜTUNG & ZUSCHLÄGE

  • ✅ Vergütung nach geltendem Tarif / Vereinbarung
  • ✅ zusätzlich 1,50 € Objekt-/Asylunterkunftszulage pro geleisteter Stunde
  • ✅ Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge gemäß den geltenden Regelungen
  • ✅ Pünktliche und zuverlässige Lohnzahlung
  • ✅ Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit langfristiger Einsatzmöglichkeit

🛡️ DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Einlass- und Zugangskontrollen
  • Kontroll- und Streifengänge innerhalb des Objektes
  • Überwachung der Sicherheitsbereiche
  • Durchsetzung der Hausordnung
  • Prävention und Deeskalation bei Konfliktsituationen
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohner, Besucher und Mitarbeiter
  • Dokumentation besonderer Vorkommnisse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Objektleitung, Behörden und Einsatzkräften

📋 DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN

  • ✅ Mindestens Unterrichtung nach § 34a GewO
  • ✅ Einwandfreies und zuverlässiges Auftreten
  • ✅ Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • ✅ Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • ✅ Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • ✅ Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • ✅ Erfahrung im Sicherheitsdienst ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO oder höhere Qualifikation ist natürlich ebenfalls willkommen.
