### ✅ Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Zuverlässiges Öffnen des Haupttors & der Türen
  • Führung einer genauen Anwesenheitsliste
  • Verantwortung für die Schlüsselverwaltung
  • Bedienung des Fernsprechvermittlungsdienstes
  • Reaktion bei Havarien, Unfällen & Feueralarmen
  • Überwachung der Störmeldeanlagen
  • Kontrolle von Ausweisen & Personen
  • Bearbeitung des Postverkehrs
  • Führung eines Wachbuchs
  • Bedienung der Videoüberwachung
  • Beflaggen des Grundstücks
  • Abendlicher Kontrollgang über das Gelände

### Ihr Profil:

  • Sachkunde oder Unterrichtung nach § 34a GewO erforderlich
  • Ausbildung zum Brandschutzhelfer & Erste Hilfe von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis

  • Spätschicht
  • 120-140 Stunden
