Gesucht werden verlässliche und motivierte Mitarbeiter_innen als erste Ansprechperson für Vorständ_innen, Mitarbeiter_innen, Besucher_innen, Lieferanten und Fremdfirmen bei einem großen Objekt in 1010 Wien.

zu den Aufgaben zählen:

  • Besuchermanagement
  • Koordinierung hausfremder Personen
  • Zutrittskontrollen
  • Telefonmanagement
  • Schlüsselverwaltung, Kartenverwaltung
  • Erfassung und Verwaltung von Lieferanten und Fremdfirmen
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Chauffeure / Fuhrpark
  • u.v.m.

erwartet wird:

  • Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift
  • gepflegtes Äußeres und beste Umgangsformen
  • kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Vertrauter Umgang mit EDV-Systemen
  • selbstständiges, verantwortungsvolles Handeln
  • Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent
  • Stressresistenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Die Dienstzeiten sind Montag bis Freitag werktags von 06:30 bis 12:00 Uhr und von 12:30 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr.
  • Gute Erreichbarkeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
  • Die Entlohnung erfolgt auf Stundenbasis gemäß KV Bewachung, Verwendungsgruppe B.
