  • In dieser Position unterstützen Sie unser Team im Sicherheits- und Empfangsbereich an zwei großen Industrie-Standorten ( Premstätten sowie Deutschlandsberg).
  • Sie arbeiten im Wechseldienst und übernehmen sowohl Bewachungs- als auch Rezeptionstätigkeiten.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung von Besucher- und Lieferantenanmeldungen
  • Telefonvermittlung und allgemeine Auskunftsstelle
  • Überwachung der Sicherheitszentrale inkl. Bearbeitung eingehender Alarme
  • Unterstützung im Bewachungsdienst (Kontrolltätigkeiten, Zutrittsmanagement)
  • Postverteilung sowie Verwaltung von Firmen-PKWs
  • Springertätigkeit zwischen beiden Standorten
  • Einspringen bei kurzfristigen Dienstbestellungen (Flexibilität erforderlich)

Dienstzeiten:

  • Wechseldienst Montag bis Sonntag
  • Schichten:

  • ** 06:00-14:00 Uhr

** 14:00-20:00 Uhr

** 22:00-06:00 Uhr

** Zusätzlich bei anderem Objekt: 05:00-17:00 Uhr / 17:00-05:00 Uhr

Dienstplan ca. 14 Tage vor Monatsbeginn, kurzfristige Änderungen möglich

Teilzeit (24-32 Stunden) mit Bereitschaft zu Mehrstunden

  • IHR PROFIL
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift) - zwingend erforderlich
  • Englischkenntnisse auf gutem Grundniveau
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten, hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend-, Feiertags- und kurzfristigen Einsätzen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, sich gut in bestehende Gruppen zu integrieren
  • Einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse

  • Der Bruttomonatslohn beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 2.187,51. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
