Wir suchen Mitarbeiter für den Empfangsdienst (m/w/d) für zwei Objekte in Gotha Süd in Vollzeit und Teilzeit (sozialversicherungspflichtig).

## Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Einlasskontrollen und Führen eines Anwesenheitsbuches
  • Schlüsselausgabe
  • Posteingang, Postausgang
  • Bedienung von Faxgeräten und versenden von Faxen
  • Bedienung der Telefonanlage/ Telefonvermittlung
  • Objektrundgänge
  • Prüfen von Verschlusssicherheit

## Stellenanforderungen:

  • Unterrichtung gem. § 34a GewO wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • freundliches, kundenorientiertes und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Nachweise Erste Hilfe Lehrgang/ Brandschutzlehrgang (kann nachgeschult werden)

Arbeitszeiten am 1.Objekt:

  • Mo-Fr.: 05:30 Uhr - 11:00 Uhr und von 17:00 Uhr - 22:00 Uhr
  • Sa/So/F/Heiligabend/Silvester: 05:30 Uhr - 22:00 Uhr

Arbeitszeiten am 2.Objekt:

Sa/So/F/Heiligabend/Silvester: 08:30 Uhr - 18:30 Uhr
